U.S. Air Force Lt. Colonel providing pedo-support for CNN group as multiple judicial communities run around like rats!
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on July 1, 2017 at 11:27 A.M. CST
The pedophile-ringa-a-palooza in the Red River Valley of North Dakota and Minnesota is going international as pedogaters use President Donald Trump’s telephone number to intimidate publisher that is unraveling their enterprise.
From the murder of Caylee Anthony, to the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, to the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, to the total bull-shit story the public was recently given about Jacob Wetterling, the goblins are running around like rats!
On Sunday, June 25, 2017, Timothy Charles Holmseth filed a formal complaint to the Office of the Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Defense regarding an Air Force officer, who is the son of the president of a group called Specialized investigative Consultants, Inc. that traffics in persons.
On June 28, 2017, one of the most disturbing people in the North Dakota judicial system, former military officer, now Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones, has asked the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office to prosecute accused child rapist George Lyons.
And hell – it only took eight years. Here’s what the Grand Forks Herald is reporting.
[George] Lyons’ case is being prosecuted by the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office, not the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office. Assistant Attorney General Britta K. Demello Rice is prosecuting the case for the state.
“This office is prosecuting the case at the request of the county’s state’s attorney,” Liz Brocker, spokeswoman for the Attorney General’s Office, told the Herald via email.
Brocker [N.D. Attorney General’s Office] deferred comment on why the request was made to the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Grand Forks County State‘s Attorney David Jones declined to comment.
Of course he declined.
I’ll comment for scumbag Jones.
The reason the Grand Forks State’s Attorney’s Office asked the Attorney General to file the charges is because the Grand Forks State’s Attorney’s Office is COMPROMISED by a pedophile ring that involves Lyons.
By the way – I have express knowledge of court proceeding in Florida involving sex abuse by Lyons against a child in that State (he’s been all over the place).
Google ‘child porn’ and ‘University of North Dakota’ and see what you get.
Jones can’t bring the charges because Lyons says he’s engaged to be married to Assistant Grand Forks States Attorney Jodi Bass, which was announced on Bed Bath and Beyond and Facebook.
I know… how sweet, right?
Somebody should ask scumbag Jones what he does in his spare time with the boys down at the lodge.
Now ask yourself…Why is the State of North Dakota bringing charges for crimes Lyons committed in 2009-2010?
Lyons was charged in Polk County, Minnesota in late December 2015 after the Polk County Goblins (Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad, EGF Police Chief Michael Hedund, Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, Pine to Prairie Task Force Commander Aeisso Schrage) could no longer hold off charging him because of mounting pressure on their end.
The Polk County Goblins are up to their eyeballs in a child sex trafficking and a baby-porn cover-up that involves providing material support for an operation called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., which is receiving assistance from the United States Air Force.
The sex trafficking ring involves CNN, the military, and baby-snatchers that identify themselves as FBI and CIA agents.

Write Into Action has received multiple tips regarding alleged corruption and mismanagement at Northland Community and Technical College in East Grand Forks.
The corruption is reportedly being investigated by the State.
Write Into Action’s independent investigation has yielded examples of fraud.
According to sources:
Linnea Schluessler, director, Academic Success Center, NCTC, is coordinating with administration to draw a paycheck while rarely being available for her job. Schluessler’s excessive absence has resulted in services not being provided to students due them.
Schluessler is suspected by colleagues to be running a yoga business in Crookston simultaneous to receiving a paycheck from NCTC.
Schluessler allegedly passes most of her duties off to Gloria Serna, Learning Services Tutor, NCTC. Schluessler reportedly gave Serna her email password and username and instructed her to answer the ones “that look important”.
Schluessler reportedly also has three work study students doing work she is paid to do.
The dereliction is reportedly known to NCTC administration. One NCTC staff member monitored Schluessler’s in-house mailbox and observed nearly a month passed without the mail being checked.
Write Into Action has other information that will be released at a later time.
Write Into Action’s investigation of NCTC is part of an ongoing journalistic probe into organized crime involving Lt. Rodney Hajicek, East Grand Forks Police Department, drug trafficking by public officials, a child rape-porn cover-up, and sex crimes by police officers.
Minnesota county tangled up with CNN Pizzagaters
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on February 19, 2017, 10:35 A.M.. CST
Does an Executive Order issued by President Trump regarding transnational criminal organizations and trafficking spell future trouble for Polk County, Minnesota?
It could if local police and government officials are part of an international crime syndicate that puts out local fires that pop-up in Polk County.
So is it an issue?
Let’s take a look.
Greg Widseth, the county attorney in Polk County, Minnesota might be a little unnerved by the recent Trump Order that reads in part:
“Transnational criminal organizations and subsidiary organizations, including transnational drug cartels, have spread throughout the Nation, threatening the safety of the United States and its citizens. These organizations derive revenue through widespread illegal conduct, including acts of violence and abuse that exhibit a wanton disregard for human life. They, for example, have been known to commit brutal murders, rapes, and other barbaric acts”
“Work to support and improve the coordination of Federal agencies’ efforts to identify, interdict, investigate, prosecute, and dismantle transnational criminal organizations and subsidiary organizations within and beyond the United States”
Yeah – might be a problem.
President Trump isn’t real big on international kidnapping and pedophile rings that are funded by drug trafficking and other illegal activities.
President Trump doesn’t like slime-bag Luciferian creeps that kidnap, sell, dungeon torture, drink blood, eat hearts, and rape to death babies and children.
So why should this matter to Widseth?
In 2009, Widesth, along with the East Grand Forks Police Department and Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force, secretly coordinated through phone calls and private emails to assist child sex traffickers directly associated with CNN, Nancy Grace, and Art Harris, to cover-up actionable information that could lead to a missing child from Florida.
Let’s take look at Attorney Widseth’s resume:
- Widseth has knowledge that child rape pornography was created of a kidnapped five year-old named HaLeigh Cummings. The child rape pornography was in the very possession of the creeps that were communicating with East Grand Forks Police and public officials.
- Widseth has knowledge that pedophile traffickers connected to Scott Rothstein and Jeffrey Epstein secretly communicated with EGFPD Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek to suppress stories and orchestrate raids on a local investigative journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth.
- Widseth has knowledge that Timothy Charles Holmseth was actively assisting the Federal Bureau of Investigation with information about the child pornography, which he had acquired through recorded interviews he conducted with kidnapping suspects, and, Widseth knows the EGFPD conspired with those traffickers to find a way to arrest Holmseth at that very time Holmseth was helping the FBI.
- Widseth has knowledge that in 2011, Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana, called the EGFPD and reported Timothy Charles Holmseth claimed he had the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment. Widseth subsequently learned that in 2016, Tina Church told Holmseth she was impersonated on the telephone call to police by a woman from Florida and a CNN pundit named Levi Page.
There’s more but you get the point.
For seven years, Widseth and the EGFPD have possessed knowledge and information that connects a missing child to operatives of convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein, Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein, and rogue CIA operatives connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton.
JEFFREY EPSTEIN AND CLINTON GLOBAL
The Polk County connections include business associates and employees of convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein, convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein, and a group of FBI/CIA operatives working with CNN.
Threatening telephone calls to Holmseth from “Clinton Global” indicate the Pizzagaters are connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton, and are particularly worried about information Holmseth acquired and published regarding the slain Colorado child JonBenet Ramsey.
During the 2016 presidential race it became virtually impossible for Widseth to pretend he did not understand the magnitude of the situation.
The operatives continuously threatened Holmseth (including threats against his children and grandchild) using phone numbers connected to President Donald Trump such as the “Trump Organization” “Mar-A-Lago Resort” and “Doral Resort”.
In a relatively short amount of time in 2016, Holmseth was threatened in Polk County, Minnesota by operatives using voice changing software that called from the numbers of:
- Clinton Global
- Trump Organization
- Mar-A-Lago Resort
- Florida Governor Rick Scott
- Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi
- New Jersey Governor Chris Christie
- Doral Resort
- Tripp-Scott Law Firm
- Turner Enterprises
- Republican Party
- Texas Eqquasearch
- Adult Video Warehouse
- Miami Velvet
- Cheetah Lounge
In October, 2016, Winston C. Mathis, attorney, Arkadelphia, Arkansas, contacted Holmseth after he (Holmseth) published Clinton Global implicated by child sex operatives targeting Donald J. Trump
When Holmseth asked Attorney Mathis who his client was – Mathis ceased communication.
In November, 2016, Holmseth contacted Widseth regarding new information he obtained and asked for a meeting.
Widseth didn’t reply.
So what happens to these little kids that get kidnapped?
Let’s take a look at a You Tube video that contains a voice of a man believed to be Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta.
Warning: This video upsets normal human beings.
I don’t know if the video will upset Mr. Widseth and Mr. Hedlund.
Maybe they’ll get a good laugh.

The East Grand Forks police officer terminated several months ago may pose a hidden threat to the public.
Write Into Action has learned startling new information regarding former EGFPD officer Scott Jordheim that may shed light on why he was really terminated in April, 2016.
Jarod Rasmussen, the son of former EGF police officer Vern Rasmussen, said Scott Jordheim is a predator.
“He’s a pervert bad. I know that personally. He told me how he did it. He saw a good looking chick – run their license plate – call them at home later, pull them over whatever. He would use his police radio,” Jarod Rasmussen said.
But the entire story and details are much worse.
According to Jarod Rasmussen, and other sources that have been in contact with Write Into Action regarding systemic corruption at the EGFPD, Jordheim had a Modus Operandi that involved having girls come over to clean his house.
“They didn’t want to go over and clean because it was more than cleaning,” Jarod Rasmussen said.
Jarod Rasmussen, as well as other sources, told Write Into Action that females went to Jordheim’s residence and suddenly passed out after drinking something. The females believed something may have happened to them while they were unconscious.
The City of EGF and local hoax media at Forum News Service spun the story with a sympathetic theme that caused the public to believe Jordheim was a military veteran leaving the department after twenty years due to “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder”.
“[EGF City Administrator David] Murphy did say that the council’s performance review did not stem from anything specific to Jordheim’s job as a police officer. The city could not release many details about the decision, but Jordheim did confirm he has depleted his paid time off to cope with post traumatic stress disorder,” reported the Grand Forks Herald.
Write Into Action continues to receive reports of rape, murder, and witness intimidation by law enforcement and rogue government in the Valley region and will continue to report.
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on December 21, 2016, 11:36 A.M. CST
Yesterday Write into Action reported Jared Rasmussen, the son of former East Grand Forks police officer Vern Rasmussen, has publically stated he is being systematically gang-stalked by a group headed by Lt. Rodney Hajicek, chief detective at the EGFPD.
Through public records requests, Write Into Action has obtained a transcription document regarding the violent jailhouse assault by EGFPD officer Curt Ellingson that nearly resulted in the death of Jon Osowski.
The transcription contains segments from recordings between former EGFPD officer Gary Deitz, who discussed the violent assault with fellow officers Rodney Hajicek, James Grabanski, and Sherman Stallmo.
The document reveals Officer Hajicek witnessed Ellingson smash Osowki’s head against the cement “about 4 or 5 times” and vowed “but I will deny it”.
Write Into Action is regularly receiving information regarding local law enforcement that involves serious crimes such as rape and murder cover-ups.
Son of former EGFPD officer says federal authorities are in the area
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on December 20, 2016, 10:20 P.M. CST
Jared Rasmussen, the son of retired East Grand Forks police officer Vern Rasmussen, says federal authorities are in the area.
Jared Rasmussen said is being gang-stalked by local fireman, police officers, social services, and members of a local group called the Blue Line Club that is headed by EGFPD chief detective Lt. Rodney Hajicek.
The bizarre activity is only the latest account of citizens being terrorized in the Red River Valley region.
Jared Rasmussen contacted Write Into Action today and said he has been terrorized for a steady month.
“[It’s] the same vehicles – the same people – all the time. This has been going on a month of pure hell,” he said.
“I don’t know if I fucking seen something I wasn’t supposed to but I am going to fucking find out,” he said.
“I know who some of them are – I know where some them work – some of them are firemen on the east side – some of them are cops – some of them are social services,” he said.
Jared Rasmussen said he does not know exactly why he has been targeted but did say his ex-girlfriend told police he is a drug dealer.
Taken at face value, Jared Rasmussen’s allegations are very serious because under no circumstances do ‘fireman’ and ‘hockey parents’ assist law enforcement in investigations and surveillance.
“I got shit on them. I mean my dad was a cop for 33 years. I know what kind of pieces of shit these guys are. I know about a lot of stuff. I know about (Pine to Prairie Task Force Commander Aeisso) Schrage – (former Task Force Commander Scott) Jordheim – I know all these guys,” he said.
His story has credibility.
Jared Rasmussen said he has repeatedly gone to the police department and other agencies and attempted to report what is going on – to no avail.
“I talked to the head of social services in Crookston on the phone. He called me one day. And I told him – I said I was going to go a TV station – and he tried to file a complaint against me to the east side for threatening. I said it was no threat. I’m going call the TV stations for real,” he said.
Jared Rasmussen said he was told he is the subject of an “ongoing investigation”.
“I said ‘when did social services become an investigative service,’” he said, noting he was being followed by social services vehicles late at night.
One event involving EGF Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek appears to be a text-book move used by government officials to discredit witnesses to serious crimes.
Jared Rasmussen said he went to the EGFPD to talk to Lt. Hajicek who refused to investigate his allegations. Hajicek then attempted to have him committed to a psyche ward.
“He had the hospital – the ambulance – come and pick me up from the police station and told them you’re just so tired – stuff in your head – you’re not really seeing this stuff,” Jared Rasmussen said.
“He put me on a 72 hour hold,” he said.
However, according to Jared Rasmussen, he passed all the evaluation with flying colors. “I went up there. I did their evaluation. Blood test. I walked right out of there,” he said.
Jared Rasmussen said he called up the police after he got out and said “I’m out”.
“I know [Rodney Hajicek] is a liar. I’ve known him for a long time. I’ve known him for many years. And I know what he’ll do to cover shit up,” Jared Rasmussen said.
Jared Rasmussen said he (Jared) can do anything he wants and local law enforcement will never intervene or initiate contact with him.
“I did shitty’s in the parking lot by the Post Office until there was so much smoke you couldn’t see the building and nothing happened – no one came. I have people with me when I do this stuff,” he said, noting he has filmed much of the gang-stalking.
“I can see them – they have radios in their cars. They have cell phones but they have two-way radios – some of them. I’ve seen them hold it up too high on accident and I seen it in their hand,” he said.
“I went a hundred miles an hour on the highway just to see who would follow me – sure enough they were there,” he said.
Jared Rasmussen described an incident when a white pick-up truck, which he believes is associated with Rodney Hajicek, was tailgating him extremely close. He said he slammed on his breaks and the truck almost him.
He said the incident was witnessed by EGFPD Sgt. Chris Olson. “I tried to stop him after that white pick-up almost rear-ended me. I jumped out of the car and waved at him and he turned the other fucking way,” Jared Rasmussen said.
He said on one occasion after a roadway incident he was approached by a deputy and told to stop to following people. He said he told the deputy to “fuck off” – noting they won’t do anything to him.
According to Jared Rasmussen, he is even being stalked by aircraft that circles him at nearly tree-top level. The allegation involving aircraft is compelling because in August, 2016, a Polk County Deputy was injured after a man shot the Border Patrol helicopter that was buzzing his property as part of a supposed Drug Task Force mission.
Jared Rasmussen said there are weird things going on with his telephone. “I tried to get a hold of the Minnesota police corruption line – you know where I got transferred to – the New York City Sanitation Department,” he said.
“They are all corrupt – every one of these pieces of shit in town,” he said.
“This should not happen to anybody,” he said.
Jared Rasmussen said the police blew it. “You should have had me on your side – but now, fuck off”.
Write Into Action has been receiving reports by people in the Valley Region that allege Hajicek is part of a criminal drug trafficking operation with a cabal of others.
Write Into Action is also receiving reports naming police officers at the Grand Forks Police Department and other agencies.
The people calling are describing creepy surveillance, death threats, rape cover-ups, and murder cover-ups.
Write Into Action will continue to investigate and report.

Dear Attorney Widseth,
I am contacting you to request a meeting.
I have acquired evidence pertaining to the missing child HaLeigh Cummings and crimes that have been committed in Polk County, Minnesota pertaining to that case.
I am the victim of the aforementioned crimes.
As you know, East Grand Forks Police records contain a police report filed on July 26, 2011 by Tina Church. The report states I claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.
HaLeigh is presently a Missing Person being sought by the FBI.
I have obtained a recorded statement from Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Mishawka, Indiana. She states she was impersonated by a woman from Florida named [REDACTED] who along with Levi Page, Dover, Tennessee, made the false police report. She further states she has a recording of the crime being committed.
I possess extensive evidence that shows multiple out-of-state actors conspired with multiple members of law enforcement and government officials to form a plan to secretly violate State and Federal statutes; multiple States: both criminal and civil.
The evidence implicates members of the East Grand Forks Police Department.
Some of the evidence I possess has never been seen or heard by anybody.
I am requesting a meeting with you to turn over the evidence for prosecution.
The average American might wonder how this case would have been handled if the missing child’s name in the false police report would have been “Jacob Wetterling” instead of “HaLeigh Cummings”.
I am requesting a meeting with you to turn over the evidence for prosecution.
Timothy Charles Holmseth
Attached: FBI Missing Person Flyer, Police Report by Tina Church
The following story was published by Write Into Action on November 27, 2016.
Tina Church, a private investigator with Specialized Investigative Consultants, told Write Into Action that a police report on file at the police department in East Grand Forks bearing her name and telephone number was not made by her.
Church telephoned Write Into Action today and said the police report was made by a former HLN pundit named Levi Page and a woman from Florida.
“I have a tape that confirms it was not me that made that report against you to the police. It was [REDACTED] acting as me, with Levi Page,” Church said.
The name of the female is being withheld and has been provided to law enforcement.
Write Into Action knows the female referenced and has extensive recorded interviews of the person claiming to know everything that happened to HaLeigh Cummings.
The police report at issue was made in July, 2011 when a caller told Officer Michael Anderson, EGFPD, that Timothy Charles Holmseth, a local journalist, claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.
Levi Page was investigated by the EGFPD in July, 2015 regarding sexual stories he was fabricating and publishing about the children of Timothy Charles Holmseth, publisher, Write Into Action.

Page, along with a shadowy group that includes Nancy Grace’s reporter Art Harris, have stalked Holmseth since 2009 and used extortion, extreme defamation, false police reports, death threats, and a threat to kidnap Holmseth’s grandchild, in efforts to silence him.
Holmseth possesses evidence that proves Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, secretly conspired against Holmseth with others including Harris using private methods of communication including his personal Gmail account.
The secret emails were obtained through a public records request from Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.
Church said she contacted Write Into Action today because is concerned about several articles that mention her.

Church said her name is “Tina Church” not “Christine Church” and insists she is not the person Wayanne Kruger met and filmed meeting with HaLeigh Cummings’ mother and grandmother in 2009 shortly after the little girl disappeared.
Holmseth has been in contact with both EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth regarding this matter.
Hedlund and Hajicek have steadfastly refused to make a referral regarding the kidnapping case to the FBI.
Holmseth says (I say) any outside agency’s investigation is going to lead right back to EGFPD officers and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad.

Severed human fingers found at Minnesota campground are in fact connected to police shooting case
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on November 5, 2016, 11:03 A.M. CST
Is there a psychopath working as a police officer in Grand Forks, North Dakota?
There is news to report in the case of the two severed human fingers found on a picnic table at Red River Valley Campground in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
Police records show a Grand Forks police officer could be the person that obtained the two fingers for public placement at the campground.
On May 26, 2016 a family staying at the campground in East Grand Forks contacted the police after finding two human fingers sitting on a picnic table.
The identity of the fingers’ human origin became a mystery that would need to be solved by the Minnesota BCA crime lab using DNA.
In June, 2016, Write Into Action initiated an independent journalistic investigation into the case involving the two fingers at the campground. The investigation would run parallel to Write Into Action’s existing investigation into a police shooting of an unarmed man in Grand Forks where the victim had two fingers blown off.
On August 25, 2016 the East Grand Forks Police Department issued a news release stating the fingers found in the campground matched a 23 year-old male that suffered great bodily injury in a fireworks accident that occurred in Grand Forks, North Dakota on April 30, 2016.
The remaining mystery surrounding the fingers was the question of how the human body parts made their way to the picnic table across the Red River at a campground.
Write Into Action is now reporting the two fingers found at the campground are in fact connected to the police shooting case.
The connection is Grand Forks Police officer Jerad Braaten.
On February 28, 2015, UND police officer Jerad Braaten emptied his clip into David James Elliott in the parking lot of Altru Hospital.
Elliott was holding his cell phone to his ear at the time of the shooting because he was talking to an officer over 911. Elliott knew he was going to be shot and arranged via 911 to personally meet GFPD officer Matthew Bullinger in front of the Altru Emergency Room. Before Bullinger could reach the scene, Braaten approached Elliott with his gun drawn, forcing Elliott to attempt to flee on four flat tires. Two of Elliott’s fingers were blown off because Braaten unloaded into Elliott’s head.
Write Into Action obtained Braaten’s body-cam from the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Although it captured no useful video because Braaten deliberately situated it wrong on his shirt, the audio captured Braaten and a female UND police intern cynically plotting against Elliott.
Braaten was reprimanded in writing by UND Police Chief Eric Plummer for actions he took regarding his police cams (his dash cam disappeared and his body-cam was found hidden underneath his squad car).
Within a year, Braaten was inexplicably hired onto the Grand Forks Police Department by Chief Mark Nelson.
In June, 2016, during Write Into Action’s investigation into the police shooting, Nelson issued a ‘Special Order’ that changed the GFPD’s retention dates for police-cam evidence of the shooting so it could all be destroyed.
Write Into Action is now reporting Jerad Braaten was at the scene of the April 30, 2016 fireworks accident.
Police records show Braaten filed a police report at the scene.
Braaten had access to the fingers that disappeared until they surfaced on May 26, 2016 in a campground.
EGFPD has documented history of lying about Minnesota BCA crime lab
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on October 31, 2016, 11:36 A.M. CST
The East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) has yet to provide the public any evidence the human fingers found sitting on a picnic table at the local campground have actually been matched to anybody using DNA.
The EGFPD has a documented history of blatantly lying about the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) crime lab.
On October 24, 2016 the EGFPD acknowledged a formal request by Write Into Action for public records regarding the case.
“I am requesting all public records regarding the case of the two human fingers found on a picnic table at the campground. This includes all information received by the Minnesota BCA that is in the EGFPD files. This includes the information received from the BCA regarding DNA testing on the fingers” the request said.
“Your request has been received and is currently being reviewed by the city attorney to determine if this information can be released. We will respond to your request asap. Thank you for your patience,” said Michael Hedlund, chief of police, EGFPD.
Ronald Galstad is the EGF city attorney that is reviewing the request.
Questions are now swirling over why Hedlund’s department is reluctant to turn over the records, which he based a national press release upon.
On August 25, 2016, Forum News Service reported in the Grand Forks Herald and Twin Cities Pioneer Press that EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek and Det. Tony Hart determined the case had been “solved” using “DNA”. The police assert the fingers belong to a man that had a fireworks accident.
The fingers had been sent to the Minnesota BCA lab for testing.
“Today East Grand Forks police received confirmation that those fingers did belong to a gentleman who severely injured his hand in a fireworks accident,” WDAZ TV reported.
However – the Hedlund won’t show the records that constitute the supposed “confirmation”.
And – a careful reading of the press release by the police contains no statement declaring an actual DNA match ever occurred.
LT. RODNEY HAJICEK AND CITY ATTORNEY RONALD GALSTAD – DOCUMENTED HISTORY OF LYING ABOUT BCA
Lt. Rodney Hajicek and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad have a documented history of conspiring to lie about their association with the BCA.
In 2012, Galstad, Hajicek, and EGFPD officer Aeisso Schrage (Narcotics Task Force Commander), conspired to use the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Force to raid Timothy Charles Holmseth’s (Write Into Action) home-office and seize his computer and files.
The police and city attorney created a full spectrum appearance that the BCA was involved.
Galstad told State District Judge Tamara Yon in open court the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) was involved and that he was in communication with the agency.
“I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an order of this Court or a search warrant that says that they can – – we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking – – or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I am going to be doing that,” Galstad told Judge Yon.
Galstad was referring to the BCA because Schrage and Hajicek placed BCA evidence stickers on Holmseth’s seized property.
Holmseth contacted the BCA and learned the state agency knew nothing about the case whatsoever.
“The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case,” said Jill Oliveira, public information officer, Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
“We were not requested to conduct a forensic examination on your computer”, said Drew Evans, assistant superintendent, BCA.
Holmseth had committed no crime and no charges were ever filed. Hedlund’s department kept no Chain of Evidence logs for the property and when it was returned by order of the court the hard-drive had been destroyed.
Write Into Action is investigating whether or not there is any connection between the ‘two fingers’ found at the campground and the ‘two fingers’ shot off the hand of David James Elliott by a police officer in the February, 2015 shooting.
Although Altru hospital doctors reportedly re-attached Elliott’s fingers after he was shot by a UND police officer that was out of his jurisdiction; the gruesome specter of the severed fingers could possibly be a message sent out by the criminal underworld.
There exists staggering amounts of evidence that shows UND police officer Jerad Braaten was acting as a ‘hit-man’ when he interjected himself into the slow speed pursuit of Elliott.
Police cam evidence and recordings reveal Elliott was not fleeing the police; rather, he was trying to stay away from specific officers that were trying to kill him.
Following the Elliott shooting, Braaten was reprimanded by UND police chief Eric Plummer for actions he took regarding his cam evidence (some vanished – some was found hidden underneath his UND squad car). However – Grand Forks Police Chief Mark Nelson hired Braaten onto his Department only a few months later.
The GFPD has chimed in on the fingers case to support the perception of a fireworks accident.
“The lesson from the incident is that fireworks are dangerous and should be handled properly and with care”, Grand Forks police Lt. Derik Zimmel told the media.
Prove it up boys.

After declaring the ‘mystery of the severed fingers on the picnic table’ “solved” by “DNA” via statewide publication – the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) has deferred to the city attorney regarding a records request from a journalist.
Police records that include conclusions of DNA tests performed by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) on two human fingers found on a picnic table at Red River Valley campground in May, 2016 cannot be immediately released by the EGFPD.
Michael Hedlund, chief of police, EGFPD, has deferred Write Into Action’s records request to the EGF City Attorney.
“Your request has been received and is currently being reviewed by the city attorney to determine if this information can be released. We will respond to your request asap. Thank you for your patience,” said Chief Hedlund, today.
Write Into Action is seeking to review the records the EGFPD obtained from the BCA to close the case.
On August 26, 2016 Bruce Gordon, director of communications, Minnesota Department of Public Safety, directed Write Into Action to the EGFPD for the records. “You will need to request that from the lead agency since it is their investigation,” Gordon said.
It is not readily known why the information suddenly became sensitive in October, 2016. EGFPD officials had already issued a major press release regarding the case being “solved”.
On August 25, 2016, Forum News Service reported in the Grand Forks Herald and Twin Cities Pioneer Press that EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek and Det. Tony Hart determined the case had been “solved” using “DNA”.
“Today East Grand Forks police received confirmation that those fingers did belong to a gentleman who severely injured his hand in a fireworks accident,” WDAZ TV reported.
Before the case was solved…
On August 7, 2016 Write Into Action published an article that showed there may be a connection between the two fingers found on the picnic table, and the two fingers blown off David James Elliott when he was shot by a University of North Dakota police officer in February, 2015.
EXCLUSIVE: Grand Forks police shooting victim breaks his silence – UND officer was hunting him – – – Two human fingers found in East Grand Forks campground ominously placed there as a reminder of the Elliott shooting? by Timothy Charles Holmseth on August 7, 2016, 4:09 P.M. CST
‘Elliott said the doctor at Altru re-attached his two fingers. However, the fact that two of Elliott’s fingers were shot off has created questions and public concerns about two human fingers found on a picnic table in the campground in East Grand Forks.’
– Write Into Action / August 7, 2015
The public did not know about Elliott’s fingers being shot off until the exclusive report was published by Write Into Action.
Write Into Action learned through an independent journalistic investigation into the Elliott shooting that UND Police Officer Jerad Braaten tried to shoot Elliott minutes before the actual shooting but his gun jammed; Braaten then hid his body cam under his squad car; “thousands” of pills were seized from Elliott’s vehicle by the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation; police body cam video of the shooting was altered; Grand Forks Police Chief Mark Nelson issued a Special Order to destroy the police cam evidence once Write Into Action began investigating; Nelson hired Braaten onto the GFPD after the shooting; narcotics were being trafficked through the University of North Dakota’s athletic department; Narcotics Task Force agent(s) were involved in pursuing Elliott; Caitlin Jenna Erickson, 28, Grand Forks, was being murdered in her apartment in the same time window law enforcement was moving in on Elliott (Erickson’s murder has been covered up).
The drug trafficking connection to the Elliott shooting creates the reasonable possibility the fingers found on the picnic table were placed there as a message.
However – EGFPD and Forum Communications have publically stated there is no possibility of violence or foul play.
Police solve mystery of two severed fingers found in Red River park

EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. — The mystery that surrounded the discovery of two severed fingers in an East Grand Forks park appears to have been solved.
Police have DNA results linking a 24-year-old local man to the fingers, which were found in May on a picnic table at a Red River State Recreation Area campsite, according to a news release.
The digits came from a Grand Forks, N.D., man who was involved in a fireworks accident in downtown Grand Forks about a month earlier, East Grand Forks police Lt. Rodney Hajicek said in the release Thursday.
“We’re satisfied with the conclusion of it,” East Grand Forks police detective Tony Hart said. “It wasn’t … the result of an act of violence.”
TOO MANY QUESTIONS
Write Into Action cannot close its journalistic investigation into the mystery behind the severed fingers because the EGFPD and media did not use any language to confirm an actual DNA match. Write Into Action recognizes that DNA test results either confirm a match or they don’t. DNA test results never merely “point” to anything such as was reported by the Grand Forks Herald.
VERY QUESTIONABLE NEWS REPORTING – DECEPTIVE DOUBLE SPEAK
News reports regarding the severed fingers case is irresponsible at best. For instance – in the Forums News Service story (seen above) the headline flatly states that “police” ‘solved’ the mystery. However – in the first line of the article it says the mystery “appears” to have been solved.
Deceptive double speak is never an accident.
An article by the Grand Forks Herald has a headline that reads: “DNA results point to owner of severed fingers found in East Grand Forks”. The first line reads, “The mystery of the severed fingers in the East Grand Forks park seems to have been solved.”
Forum Communications is the parent company of both the Herald and WDAZ-TV. Yet, WDAZ reported “Today East Grand Forks police received confirmation that those fingers did belong to a gentleman who severely injured his hand in a fireworks accident.”
The same media company is telling the public two different things – sometimes in the very same article.
Write Into Action seeks to close the investigation or determine if the fingers match a missing person.
