U.S. Air Force Lt. Colonel providing pedo-support for CNN group as multiple judicial communities run around like rats!
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on July 1, 2017 at 11:27 A.M. CST
The pedophile-ringa-a-palooza in the Red River Valley of North Dakota and Minnesota is going international as pedogaters use President Donald Trump’s telephone number to intimidate publisher that is unraveling their enterprise.
From the murder of Caylee Anthony, to the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, to the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, to the total bull-shit story the public was recently given about Jacob Wetterling, the goblins are running around like rats!
On Sunday, June 25, 2017, Timothy Charles Holmseth filed a formal complaint to the Office of the Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Defense regarding an Air Force officer, who is the son of the president of a group called Specialized investigative Consultants, Inc. that traffics in persons.
On June 28, 2017, one of the most disturbing people in the North Dakota judicial system, former military officer, now Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones, has asked the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office to prosecute accused child rapist George Lyons.
And hell – it only took eight years. Here’s what the Grand Forks Herald is reporting.
[George] Lyons’ case is being prosecuted by the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office, not the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office. Assistant Attorney General Britta K. Demello Rice is prosecuting the case for the state.
“This office is prosecuting the case at the request of the county’s state’s attorney,” Liz Brocker, spokeswoman for the Attorney General’s Office, told the Herald via email.
Brocker [N.D. Attorney General’s Office] deferred comment on why the request was made to the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Grand Forks County State‘s Attorney David Jones declined to comment.
Of course he declined.
I’ll comment for scumbag Jones.
The reason the Grand Forks State’s Attorney’s Office asked the Attorney General to file the charges is because the Grand Forks State’s Attorney’s Office is COMPROMISED by a pedophile ring that involves Lyons.
By the way – I have express knowledge of court proceeding in Florida involving sex abuse by Lyons against a child in that State (he’s been all over the place).
Google ‘child porn’ and ‘University of North Dakota’ and see what you get.
Jones can’t bring the charges because Lyons says he’s engaged to be married to Assistant Grand Forks States Attorney Jodi Bass, which was announced on Bed Bath and Beyond and Facebook.
I know… how sweet, right?
Somebody should ask scumbag Jones what he does in his spare time with the boys down at the lodge.
Now ask yourself…Why is the State of North Dakota bringing charges for crimes Lyons committed in 2009-2010?
Lyons was charged in Polk County, Minnesota in late December 2015 after the Polk County Goblins (Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad, EGF Police Chief Michael Hedund, Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, Pine to Prairie Task Force Commander Aeisso Schrage) could no longer hold off charging him because of mounting pressure on their end.
The Polk County Goblins are up to their eyeballs in a child sex trafficking and a baby-porn cover-up that involves providing material support for an operation called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., which is receiving assistance from the United States Air Force.
The sex trafficking ring involves CNN, the military, and baby-snatchers that identify themselves as FBI and CIA agents.

North Dakota involvement in child sex assault case omitted from news reports

Something is wrong in the George Robert Lyons child sex assault case.
The case of the man that announced his engagement to a North Dakota state prosecutor after he was charged with 1st degree sexual assault of a child, has taken yet another wild turn.
Court files of an extradition hearing held for George Robert Lyons disappeared from the North Dakota state court website after Write Into Action began investigating extensive anomalies in the strange case – and focused on that specific hearing.
Write Into Action contacted a North Dakota judge and Chief Prosecutor about the issue and the files were subsequently re-published on the website.
“If you search the public website now, the extradition should appear. Thank you for the inquiry,” said Alison Fiala, Deputy Clerk of Court, Grand Forks County.
Write Into Action asked why the record was removed in the first place. “The IT department had to complete some configuration upgrades,” Fiala said.
The file is gone again.
The explanation citing ‘configuration upgrades’ seems odd because the ONLY record that comes up missing from the Register of Actions for George Lyons was the January 4, 2016 extradition hearing.
Obtaining court records regarding the Lyons case has been strangely cumbersome for Write Into Action from the beginning.
Lyons is charged with 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault of a child in Minnesota.
Write Into Action initially started asking questions about the January 4, 2016 ‘Extradition” hearing in North Dakota for George Lyons, because the Minnesota website featured no records of the rape case at all, and the East Grand Forks Police Department said no police records could be released because it’s an ongoing investigation.
An extradition hearing is a process of the court required when transferring a person that is in custody, to another jurisdiction.
NORTH DAKOTA LEFT OUT OF ORIGINAL REPORTING
George Lyons was actually arrested in North Dakota – but that fact was never reported by local news – they simply skipped over that part.
Initial reporting of the Lyons case by Valley News Live and the Grand Forks Herald cited “court records” and a “criminal complaint” as sources.
Therefore – both local news agencies possessed the records and were well-informed; but neither news agency told the public what actually occurred.
They completely left out North Dakota from their stories; and an ENIRE DAY is missing.
The Grand Forks Herald reported Lyons was arrested by the EGFPD on January 6, 2016 and incarcerated in Polk County, Minnesota.
According to Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones, Grand Forks County Corrections released George Lyons to Polk County, Minnesota authorities on January 5, 2016.
George Lyons was arrested in North Dakota at some date and time prior to the January 4, 2016 extradition hearing.
The Herald and Valley News literally skipped over the fact that Lyons was arrested and incarcerated in North Dakota. They then published articles reporting Lyons was arrested by the EGFPD on January 6, 2016.
Time may show that was not an innocent mistake.
Evidence shows law enforcement in Polk County, Minnesota are tangled up with child sex traffickers and pornographers involved in the Caylee Anthony murder and HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping. If you want to see what the hell is really going on READ THIS

I am contacting you in regards to an issue I perceive to be serious that involves a court file that appears to have entirely vanished from the State website.
There is no court file number for the case against George Robert Lyons. He was charged with 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault charges against a minor in January, 2016. The case was widely reported upon in the Grand Forks Herald and Valley News. Media reports make reference to court documents and court records. Yet, now there is no record at all.
I have contacted Polk County Court Administrator Kathy Narlock twice regarding this matter and she will not respond.
This is a public safety issue.
I am requesting the Court rectify this matter in every single way.

Have you ever seen a government pedophile ring seem to suddenly emerge into view like ‘where’s Waldo?’
Watch closely now.
On January 8, 2016, Valley News Live filed a news report regarding George Lyons.
Who is George Lyons?
According to the Grand Forks Herald, Lyons was arrested by the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) on January 6, 2017 and charged with 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault of a minor.
The EGFPD told Valley News that Lyons was also under investigation in Grand Forks County (North Dakota) for an incident “similar” to the felony sex assault charges filed against him in Polk County, Minnesota.
Valley News contacted Assistant Grand Forks States Attorney Jason McCarthy who told the reporter he could not comment on an ongoing investigation.
State Attorney McCarthy never did comment – and in October, 2016 he was given a Judgeship by (former) North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple.
So, what about Lyons?
Lyons was released shortly after his arrest after posting $15,000 cash bail. He then promptly announced on Facebook, as well as a Bed, Bath, and Beyond wedding registry, that he was engaged to be married to Assistant Grand Forks States Attorney Jodi Bass.
States Attorney Bass has never disavowed Lyon’s claim which has been widely published.
The case then became silent in the news.
In 2017, Lyons passed an employment background check in Grand Forks, which revealed nothing about the felony sexual assault charges against him or the two separate (supposed) investigations underway in both North Dakota and Minnesota.
Lyons was terminated on his first day after an employee recognized him and Human Resources used Google to read multiple television and print news stories on the sex assault case.
Lyons was working next to me (Timothy Charles Holmseth of Write Into Action) and told me he broke up with his ex because her daughter was always starting trouble.
The little girl that was ‘starting trouble’ was his minor child victim whose abuse came to the attention of social services and mandated reporters.
Lyons boasted his “fiancé” was “the prosecutor” on the Delvin Shaw murder trial underway in Grand Forks at the time and told me what time “she’ll be home tonight”.
I immediately attempted to view the Register of Actions on the Minnesota Court’s State website and found all trace of the George Lyons sex assault case was gone. There are records remaining of other charges including giving alcohol to minors, and felonies including theft and delivery of methamphetamine.
I contacted Polk County (Minnesota) Court Administrator Kathy Narlock twice and asked for the court file number of the Lyons case but received no response. It is a fact that court case exists (or once existed) because the Grand Forks Herald made references to court papers and court documents in a news story.
Why Narlock feels compelled to not reply is not known.
So – records the Herald was able to obtain in 2016 – my publication cannot obtain now.
Likewise, there is no criminal case filed against Lyons in North Dakota.
However, there is a very bizarre entry in the North Dakota Register of Actions filed by Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones on January 4, 2016, which records an “Extradition” hearing was held for George Lyons who was supposedly incarcerated in Crookston, Minnesota. That is the only entry and then the file is “Closed”.
The problem with the January 4, 2016 “Extradition” hearing is according to the Grand Forks Herald; Lyons was not even arrested yet. And – Valley News reported Lyons posted “cash bail”.
None of the official story works.
I cannot cross check the supposed “Extradition” hearing in Grand Forks County (North Dakota) with the Lyons case in Polk County (Minnesota) because the entire case vanished in Minnesota and the Court Officer in charge (Kathy Narlock) won’t respond to legitimate inquiries.
Today, I contacted the Grand Forks Police Department to request any records that may exist with that agency regarding the “Grand Forks County” case originally reported by Valley News.
“I have no record of George Lyons being the subject of any active GFPD investigation at that time,” said GFPD Lt. Derik Zimmel.
EGFPF Chief Michael Hedlund was asked for a comment but none was received as of this publishing.
On February 28, 2017, the EGFPD responded to a records request I made and said they could not turn over any records because of an “ongoing investigation”.
But there’s no record of it.

MINNESOTA PEDOPHILE COVER-UP – – – FBI KIDNAPPING INVESTIGATION / CHILD RAPE PORN
There are some real sickos operating in these two judicial communities.
There is indisputable evidence that implicates law enforcement and court officer(s) in Polk County, Minnesota regarding a cover-up of a child sex trafficking and kiddie-porn operation.
In 2009, secret emails were exchanged between EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek (on his personal email account) and a former CNN fake news reporter, Art Harris. Harris was irate that I was giving information to the Jacksonville and Minneapolis FBI regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.
The emails (which I obtained from Widseth via a records request) revealed Hajicek sought the assistance of Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth to find a way to arrest me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) in 2009 while I was actively assisting the FBI regarding photos that were described to me of the missing child.
Recordings I have published demonstrate a Florida man that was employed at a law office described naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings to me and told me the names of everyone that held the pictures. Police records show HaJicek and his group of pedophile supporting flunkies were in regular contact with the child sex traffickers.
In 2011, the EGFPD responded with officers to a police report made by a private investigator from Indiana that told police I (Timothy Holmseth) had just claimed over the telephone to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.
In 2016, Tina Church, the private investigator that made the false police report, telephoned me and said she was impersonated on the call by a woman from Florida and a CNN operative named Levi Page. Church also said she had been contacted ‘off the record’ by EGFPD.
Widseth and EGFPD Police Chief Michael Hedlund are aware of Church’s revelations regarding the identity of who made the false police report and have initiated no investigation, which, if done, could have the potential of leading to the missing child.

It’s Grand Forks Herald/Valley News Live v. The North Dakota Court
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on March 20, 2017, 11:48 A.M. CST
Did Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones conspire with Officers of the North Dakota Court to fabricate a court hearing so the George Lyons child rape case could be quietly put to sleep?
Somebody’s lying (and it’s not the media).
George Lyons, Grand Forks, was arrested on January 6, 2016 by East Grand Forks police and charged in Polk County District Court with first and second degree sexual conduct involving a child – both felonies.
On May 15, 2016 a wedding registry published by Bed, Bath, and Beyond announced Jodi Bass and George Lyons are getting married May 15, 2016.
Valley News Live also reported that Lyons announced his marriage plans to Bass on Facebook.
Here’s the problem.
Jodi Bass is an Assistant State Prosecutor for Grand Forks County, North Dakota.
While the ‘marriage registry’ for Bed, Bath, and Beyond is still published – the Register of Actions for Polk County, Minnesota that originally recorded Lyons’ arrest no longer contains the court file number for the case – there is no record of the case ever existing in Minnesota.
It did factually exist at one time because the Grand Forks Herald made references to court files and reports regarding Lyons’ arrest and incarceration after his Wednesday, January 6, 2016 arrest.
After submitting a public records request, Write Into Action was told by the East Grand Forks Police Department on February 28, 2017 that the case is an “ongoing investigation”.
So – although the Minnesota register of actions contains no record of the case ever even existing, police in Minnesota call it “ongoing”.
Now watch this…
GRAND FORKS STATES ATTORNEY DAVID JONES
There is evidence that suggests something illegal has transpired that involves Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones and others in the North Dakota Court.
Court records in Grand Forks, North Dakota (across the river from East Grand Forks, Minnesota) reveal an inexplicable anomaly.
The records show a court hearing occurred, that may not have ever taken place.
Although the court records in Minnesota disappeared from the State’s website, substantial news reports from both the Grand Forks Herald and Valley News live establish that Lyons was arrested by Minnesota police on January 6, 2016.
According to a news report by Valley News Live on January 8, 2016, Lyons posted cash bail and was free on January 8, 2016.
George Lyons is a free man today after posting 15-thousand-dollars cash bail. He was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile relative in East Grand Forks”.
– Valley News Live / January 8, 2016
On February 9, 2016 the Herald reported “A Grand Forks man pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Polk County (Minnesota) District Court to two counts of criminal sexual conduct involving a minor.”
Everything happened in Minnesota.
It was simple and easy to understand.
Grand Forks County (North Dakota) court records show an “Extradition” hearing was held for George Lyons on January 4, 2016.
That’s two days before Lyons was arrested.
The attorney for the State of North Dakota was filed by States Attorney David Jones. The court record shows “Extradition” was ordered by the Court on January 4, 2016.
The North Dakota record categorically states Lyons was “in custody”.
How is that possible?
Lyons wasn’t even arrested yet.
Then – after the alleged “Extradition” hearing was conducted – the North Dakota file was unceremoniously closed.
Poof – the whole thing is over –vanished.
But it was all very real and there is a real victim.
On January 8, 2016 Valley News Live published, “Thirty-five year old George Lyons of Grand Forks has been charged with having sex with a 13-year old girl in East Grand Forks. And it’s an alleged crime, that apparently runs in the family. George Lyons is a free man today after posting 15-thousand-dollars cash bail. He was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile relative in East Grand Forks”.
The Valley News story continues.
“Meanwhile, East Grand Forks Police say Lyons was also under investigation in Grand Forks County for a similar incident. Assistant States Attorney, Jason McCarthy says he can’t comment on ongoing investigations. But, George Lyons brother, Matthew Lyons was sentenced to life in prison here in 2014, for the continuous sexual abuse of a child.”
“The relationship between all these factors gets even stranger. George Lyons had listed on facebook that he was engaged to marry an Assistant Prosecutor here in Grand Forks this Spring. She has not returned inquires to confirm or deny that relationship, as George Lyons gets ready for his criminal trial, and his brother Matthew continues to serve his life sentence in prison.”
Did Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones conspire with Officers of the North Dakota Court to fabricate a court hearing so the George Lyons child rape case could be quietly put to sleep?
Grand Forks Police Department and Grand Forks Sheriff’s Office vehicles have been sitting outside my workplace.
While I was working as a delivery driver a vehicle attempted to ram me and ran me off the road.
George Lyons, the fiancé of States Attorney Jodi Bass obtained a job where I work.
Think about it, folks.
This article is Exhibit A in any bull-shit charge law enforcement in North Dakota or Minnesota try to fabricate against me.
“They’re bad people – there’s something wrong with them”
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on March 19, 2017, 6:03 P.M. CST
President Donald Trump recently described the criminal mental illness at work within elements of the American media.
During a recent interview with Jesse Watters on FOX News, President Trump commented on the recent acquisition and publication of his private tax returns by the weirdoes at MSNBC.
“They’re bad people – there’s something wrong with them,” Trump said.
Trump was referring to news media figures such as Rachael Maddow, who published his 2005 tax returns, and appeared to be physically vibrating with excitement that she was able to use a national television platform to do something that was bad and wrong.
But this freakish activity by cult-like weirdoes that appear to get a thrill up their leg when engaging in deception is quite common.
Trump’s characterization, describes exactly, what is occurring at Forum Communications and within an organized criminal cartel operating in North Dakota and Minnesota.
“They just don’t respect the law and we have to change that,” Trump said.
In 2016, Write Into Action discovered the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is engaging in systemic corruption and criminal collusion with many North Dakota States Attorney’s offices to cover up true facts surrounding police shootings and other serious crimes.
Most of the efforts appear to conceal an international drug trafficking operation that involves bad actors within local and state police, along with the United States Border Patrol and the Grand Forks Air Force Base.
The Office of North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem (BCI) regularly colludes with State Prosecutors to utilize Forum Communications to fool the public regarding investigations.
Write Into Action’s most recent discovery of Forum Communications conspiring against the public involves the tragic death of Fargo Police Officer Jason Moszer.
Moszer was shot in the line of duty in February, 2016.
Forum Communications reported, categorically, that Officer Moszer was shot and killed by Marcus Schumacher.
Schumacher was subsequently encouraged, during negotiations, to kill himself. He was then shot by a SWAT sniper.
Acting upon tips from the public, Write Into Action initiated an independent journalistic investigation into the Schumacher/Moszer shooting case.
There are no BCI reports or ballistic tests that support what Forum Communications reported to the public.
Evidence does clearly show Moszer was accidently shot and killed by friendly fire from a fellow officer in a dark alley in what appears to be a tragic case of mistaken identity (Write Into Action is presently preparing that for future publication).
Cass County States Attorney Birch Burdick colluded with WDAY-TV (Forum Communications) during a sit down interview to use ‘fake news’ to fool the public about what happened and falsely accuse Marcus Schumacher of shooting Officer Moszer.
The regular practice of the ‘fake news’ deception by Forum Communications is a polished one.
THE SCHEME EXPLAINED
North Dakota States Attorneys and/or Forum Communications news presenters will refer to the ‘BCI investigation’ when explaining the basis for an official decision.
It’s a trick.
According to the BCI, their agency only processes the crime scene and conducts interviews. The BCI maintains it does not submit an opinion, make recommendations, or influence the decision-making process of the State Prosecutor in any way (beyond turning over its reports).
Essentially – the State Prosecutor and Forum Communications trick the public into believing the BCI made a recommendation and its simply being followed.
It’s a trick.
Write Into Action has discovered States Attorney’s across the state of North Dakota have been regularly using this trick to fool the public.
This illusion was used by Pembina County States Attorney Ryan Bialas when Pembina County Deputy Brad Bowman shot Clifford Edward Monteith III on a rural highway late at night.
In this case, an eye witness, Sara Letexier, told police she pulled up onto the scene and witnessed Monteith lying on the highway, which did not match the official story that cleared the officer in the shooting.
Bialas told Write Into Action that the BCI were the investigators. He then claimed the BCI told him Letexier was mistaken in his observation.
The BCI reports make no such statement, whatsoever.
However – the BCI never steps forward to correct the false impressions being created by the States Prosecutors in these cover ups.
DECEPTION EXAMPLE / OFFICER MOSZER SHOOTING
Forum Communications used news reporters and presenters to make the most defamatory of the statements (e.g. – a WDAY presenter unequivocally stated Marcus Schumacher shot Officer Moszer) to be made about the case.
WDAY Producers cleverly sprinkled quotes from States Attorney Birch Burdick into the fake news segment. The Burdick quotes complimented the lies told by the WDAY presenter (without requiring Burdick, himself, to lie outright on TV) thus creating the illusion, in the subconscious mind of the viewer, that the WDAY presenter’s comments were based upon official statements from Burdick.
But they weren’t – it was a mind trick.
MORE PROOF OF COLLUSION
Write Into Action obtained evidence of blatant fake news deception by Forum Communications regarding their news coverage of a police shooting in Grand Fork, North Dakota.
In February, 2015, a University of North Dakota campus police officer emptied his entire clip into an unarmed man, David James Elliott, who was trying to reach the safety of the Altru Hospital Emergency Room without getting shot.
Write Into Action began ordering police cam videos of the shooting, which appeared to activate collusion behind the scenes between WDAZ-TV (Forum Communications) and the Grand Forks Police Department.
Before Write Into Action was able to obtain the videos, WDAZ announced they would be publishing videos from the night of the David Elliott shooting.
WDAZ producers and GFPD Police Chief Mark Nelson conspired to conceal the time-stamps of the police body-cams. Producers strategically covered the time-stamp with Staci Van Dyke’s shoulder. In a second clip, they placed the WDAZ logo over the time-stamp.
Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones completely cleared Jerad Braaten, the officer that shot David Elliott, despite the fact Braaten got rid of his dash-cam and tried to hide his body-cam under his squad car (Write Into Action has obtained a video of the shooting which will be released in the future).
No evidence even remotely supports Jones’ conclusion published in a bizarre undated letter.
In 2016, George Lyons, was arrested in Polk County, Minnesota for first degree sexual assault upon a young minor girl. Lyon’s then announced on his Facebook page that he was engaged to be married to an Assistant State Prosecutor at the Grand Forks County States Attorney’s office; his entire case file then disappeared from the Minnesota Court’s register of actions.
The collective behavior pattern of Forum Communications and North Dakota public officials is destructive to the health of our society, and only serves to create a sick culture that is friendly and conducive to organized crime and violent pedophiles.
Normal people that want to raise their children in a safe community understand the difference between right and wrong.
Trump’s characterization of these people could not be said any better.
“They’re bad people – there’s something wrong with them”.
