Injunctive relief requested against City of East Grand Forks

Timothy Charles Holmseth has submitted a Motion to the Minnesota State District Court requesting an Injunction against the City of East Grand Forks.

Holmseth is requesting the District Court issue a Temporary Injunction forbidding the City of EGF from shutting off Holmseth’s power.

The statement of facts submitted by Holmseth, and exhibits in support of the request, sets forth irrefutable evidence that the City of EGF, EDHA Director James Richter (retired), and several others are directly responsible for Holmseth being unemployed.

Holmseth is the Plaintiff in a civil rights lawsuit against the City of EGF.

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

Timothy Charles Holmseth, journalist/author, has filed a lawsuit in United States District Court against Polk County Sheriff Barb Erdman, EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad, EGF Chief of Police Michael Hedlund, EGF EDHA Director James Richter (retired), EGF City Administrator David Murphy, EGF Lt. The Complaint sets forth rights violations that began in 2009 and never stooped.

This is a civil action under 42 U.S.C. – 1983 and 42 U.S.C. – 1981 seeking money damages against Defendant(s) for committing acts, under color of law, with the intent and for the purpose of depriving Plaintiff of rights secured under the Constitution and laws of the United States Bill of Rights, those being, but not expressly limited to, the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 14th  Amendments, and retaliating against Plaintiff for exercise of constitutionally protected speech; and for refusing or neglecting to prevent such deprivations and denials to Plaintiff.

Evidence, facts, and circumstances show that in 2009, Defendants neglected to alert the FBI regarding a missing child Amber Alert; systematically oppressed a journalist using ‘color of law’; while attempting to run out the statute of limitations on the ‘Boardwalk Enterprises’ loan scam, which a local cabal began operating in the 1990’s.

The lawsuit has been filed to the Federal Courthouse in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
