East Grand Forks Police Department describes case as “active investigation”

There is no court file number or available records for a widely reported child rape case filed in Polk County, Minnesota.
The court case appears to have been scrubbed from the State site.
The Register of Actions for the sexual assault case filed by the State of Minnesota against George Lyons does not appear on the State’s website.
Polk County Court Administrator Kathy Narlock has not responded to Write Into Actions requests for the court case file number.
But – Write Into Action is an update.
Responding to a public records request from Write Into Action, a spokes-person from the East Grand Forks Police Department said the criminal case against George Lyons in an “active investigation”.
Something is amiss.
On January 7, 2016 the Grand Forks Herald announced the charges against Lyons in an a article where the reporter said “according to court documents” and “according to a criminal complaint”.
Evidence indicates this rape case was going to covered up to protect a criminal cartel that goes much higher.
After being charged with the crime in January, 2016, Valley News Live reported Lyons made a claim on Facebook that he was engaged to a Grand Forks County assistant state prosecutor.
In February, 2017, Lyons repeated the same claim of engagement to a Grand Forks States prosecutor in a conversation with me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) and several others.
Lyon’s said he was engaged to the prosecutor on the Delvin Shaw murder case, which is Attorney Carmell Mattison.
Sources very close to the case have advised Write Into Action of the true details of the abuse case and it’s horrendous.
Evidence shows Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones is involved in this cover-up.
Write Into Action is just getting started.
